Trigger warning for mention of child abuse.

My name is Mir Gabriel.  I'm a twenty seven year old second grade teacher and I live with my boyfriend Vier Romanov.  I have a younger brother named Tycho, and I'm part of a very large family, most of which aren't actually related to one another.  I'm pretty sure you've heard about some of them already though.  We're all pretty close, so I guess it isn't surprising that our lives end up intertwining quite a bit.

NaNo '11 Ka - Introduction
My name is Ka Esatia-Elros.  I'm twenty seven years old, married to Jordan Elros and mom to Alegria Elros.  I only really hyphenated my name because of my job, sort of as a way to placate my bosses.  They weren't all that thrilled that I wanted to start a family, but when your father is one of the bigger bosses you can get away with things that other people couldn't.  My father is a big enough jerk that I don't feel bad at all for using him a little.

NaNo '11 Ko - Parents
When I was in elementary school we had to do one of those assignments where you and a partner have to be "parents" of an egg for a week.  I was excited, I'd seen that sort of thing on TV and had been hoping I'd get to do it, but I was a little less enthused when I was assigned my partner.  His name was Michael Nesbitt and he was the smelly kid.

Think back to when you were in elementary school, and the odds are good that the smelly kid was in at least one of your classes.  No one ever wants to sit near the smelly kid for obvious reasons, but Michael got the added bonus of being a total and complete jerk.  So when he wasn't keeping people away

I am not the kind of person who puts much stock in dreams, but every now and then I'll have one that is so vivid and so real that I don't think I'll ever forget it.  In this case it was also completely full of crack and WTFery, which has probably helped it stick in my memory some.  I don't usually tell people about my dreams, but what the hell.  I've sort of beaten the story of my actual parents to death by now anyway.  No pun intended.
